Creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion fosters unity, participation, and engagement. This visual aid presents five actions to bolster DEI at work. By taking these measures, you can establish a space where all are valued and embraced, leading to greater authenticity and creativity in the workplace.
In my first class for my graduate certificate in Learner-Centered Instructional Design, I worked with three classmates to design a solution for a business problem in the real world.
During the pandemic, many companies had to pivot to online education. We used instructional design methodology to create a solution for a Seattle-based transit company that needed new resources, tools, and technologies where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders and Employee Resource Groups could communicate and connect with everyone in the organization.
